I’m not sure if it was just me or what, but the checkout kept messing up my order. I’d think everything looked right, then something would change or not go through properly, and I had to keep going back to fix it. Maybe I missed something, but it turned into a bit of a headache.

My order showed up packed well, and nothing was crushed or leaking, which is the main thing. The outside box did have a small dent, but everything inside was totally fine. I reached out just to double-check, and support basically said something like, “As long as the products are safe, the box can sometimes get a little beat up in transit,” which made sense. I’d give it 5 stars if the packaging looked a bit neater, but overall no real issues.

I had a question about my order and support got back to me fast. The whole thing wasn’t totally perfect, but it felt like they were reading between the lines and understood what I was trying to sort out without me having to over-explain. They were helpful and got it handled without much hassle.

I returned the item and I’m still waiting for the refund to show up. i’m getting tired of dealing with the same issue again. I just want this resolved already

Shipping did take a few days longer than I expected, so I probably wouldn’t use it for anything urgent or time-sensitive. That said, everything arrived in good condition, my dog seems happy with the stuff, and I’d order again as long as I wasn’t cutting it close on timing

I ordered this from Pawsbetter after seeing some people say their dogs liked it, so I was really hoping mine would too. Unfortunately, he sniffed it once and walked away every single time. I even tried mixing it in with his regular food, but he somehow managed to eat around it. Maybe other dogs are loving it and mine is just picky, but I’d be curious if anyone else had the same issue. For us, it was a waste

I ordered this from Pawsbetter and so far it seems fine, my dog hasn’t had any weird reaction or anything, but I do wish the label and the website were more upfront about the safety details because I kept looking for clearer info on the materials, testing, and what exactly I’m giving my dog, and while the packaging was okay and the product doesn’t seem bad, it just didn’t give me quite enough detail to feel totally comfortable. Not a terrible experience, just left me a little unsure. 3 stars...

I’m sure this helped with my dog’s itching. It wasn’t instant, but after a few days I noticed he seemed a lot more comfortable and wasn’t scratching as much.

It’s okay overall, but I was expecting a little more for what it costs. Compared to similar stuff I’ve bought before, this didn’t really stand out. Not bad, just nothing special.
